Payment Methods

We can accept payment by two methods.

 

1) Bank Transfer

This is our main method of receiving payments. All bookings make 10 days in advance must be received via this method. We will provide bank details once a booking is requested. You pay any bank transfer charges.

Payment can be made by bank transfer less than 10 days in advance, but the payment must reach us 5 days prior to the journey date.

 

2) PayPal

This method is reserved for payments due 10-2 days in advance and we reserve the right not to accept this method of payment. This method is more expensive as PayPal fees must be included in your bill.

 

3) Pay-On-The-Day

We cannot accept Pay-On-The-Day methods.

 

4) Payments in Advance

All payments must be made in advance and received five days prior to the journey date. Only in exceptional circumstances are payments accepted less than five days to the journey date and must be agreed with our staff.
