PRICE OF SERVICES

Prices advertised are good estimates of the actual price. Price is created on a Nautical Mile bases and determines by our skippers. An exact price will be made available when you request a booking.


SAFETY

Our skippers reserve the right to cancel or delay a journey if weather or sea conditions  or anything in their opinion are unfavourable for travel. At all times you must obey instructions given to you by the skipper. His and your safety are paramount. Our skippers reserve the right to refuse passage to passengers because of, but not limited to, bad or abusive behaviour, drunkenness, refusal to follow instruction, being a danger or potential danger to other passengers, themselves, the crew or the vessel.

In an emergency situation (e.g. Man Over Board) you MUST obey the skippers instructions.

REMEMBER: Your safety and the safety of the craft are paramount to the skipper's mind. Be mindful of other passengers and your behaviour. Do not unnecessarily distract the skipper and his staff from their duties.


CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation due to bad weather a later transport will be arranged. In case of continued bad weather alternative transport or a partial refund will be made available.

If a refund is requested the paid amount less deposits and bank transfer fees will be refunded. The skipper will provide the refund at our authorisation. Where the journey price is less than 80 Euro no refund is possible.


PAYMENT METHODS

We can accept payment by two methods.

1) Bank Transfer

This is our main method of receiving payments. All bookings make 10 days in advance must be received via this method. We will provide bank details once a booking is requested. You must pay any bank transfer charges.

Payment can be made by bank transfer less than 10 days in advance, but the payment must reach us 5 days prior to the journey date.


2) PayPal

This method is reserved for payments due 10-1 days in advance. We reserve the right not to accept this method of payment. This method is more expensive as PayPal fees must be included in your bill.


3) Pay-On-The-Day

Require the full fair to be paid up front. Where this is not possible because of an emergency and time contraints we can make arrangements for Pay-On-The-Day methods but this must be cleared by our office prior to agreement.


4) Payments in Advance

All payments must be made in advance and received five days prior to the journey date. Only in exceptional circumstances are payments accepted less than five days to the journey date and must be agreed with our office.


DELAYS IN PAYMENT

If payment is not made by the due date any bookings or preliminary bookings are subject to cancellation without notice. In the case of a delay, contact our staff to ensure the booking is still active and send payment/proof of payment as soon as possible.
